IMPRESSIVE MARY GREGORY CENTERPIECE, C. 1890. Comprising a large and impressive two-piece Bohemian (AKA Mary Gregory) enamel decorated cranberry glass centerpiece of column form with twist panel pattern base with projected banding finely enameled with a child in landscape, gilt banding, and dot pattern upon which rests a spectacular traditional urn form vase with baluster stem, the sides mounted with clear shell form scroll handles and with a finely enameled scene of children at a well beneath a slightly overhanging rim supporting a twist panel pattern slightly flared mouth with crown form rim and gilt highlights. Height 21.5 inches (54.5 cm).

MARY GREGORY CRANBERRY PEDESTAL, C. 1890. Comprising a large and finely crafted Bohemian (AKA Mary Gregory) enameled pedestal with stepped ring base, the front finely enameled with a young girl reposed in a garden examining a butterfly and the sides with attached ring handles on scroll applied lugs with gilt highlights beneath an overhanging ruffled glass rim. Verso of cylinder with white enameled floral sprigs and the base also similarly enameled and with gilt banding. Such a pedestal was designed to hold a bowl like the one in the following lot. Height 10.6 inches (27 cm).

Finely enameled with a depiction of a young woman seated in a garden plucking the petals from a flower. The hollow base likely designed as the receptacle to fit a pedestal stand such as in the previous lot. Height 10 inches (25.5 cm). Diameter 11 inches (28 cm). PAIR OF MARY GREGORY CENTERPIECE BOWLS, C. 1900. Comprising two Bohemian (AKA Mary Gregory) cranberry enameled bowls, the largest raised on slight ring foot with banded base, with slightly tapering and fluted sides, finely enameled with a young girl in a landscape writing on a slate board, and the verso with a sprig, height 8.5 inches (21.5 cm). The other, being a berry bowl and enameled with children fishing in a landscape beneath a gilt shaped rim, the verso with a sprig of flowers, and resting in a finely crafted and well-fitted Middletown Silver Co frame with leaping stag and leaf tip border.
