A SILVER TAZZA, GERMAN, 19TH CENTURY.  The base banded with laurel wreath and repousséd rocaille designs beneath a flared stem supporting a large circular platform with pierced rim and border decorated with floral swags and the cavetto with 18th century outdoor courting scene. Hallmarked German (crescent and crown) .800 silver standard, and with other indistinguishable marks. Height 6.4 inches 16.5 cm. Weight 15 troy ounces.
