A GOOD ENGLISH GEORGE II PEWTER TEAPOT, SAMUEL ELLIS, LONDON, 1750. Of squat Queen Anne style with domed hinged lid, carved wood handle, and raised on three trifid feet. The shoulder inscribed “M*N”. The base with stamped hallmark. Height 6 inches (5.3 cm).
