A FINE TIFFANY STUDIOS “APPLE BLOSSOM” FAVRILE GLASS TABLE LAMP, 1899-1928. In various shades of opalescent and mottled green favrile glass. Leaded in a pattern of floral apple blossoms suspended from molded in relief bronze tree branches with a brown patina. The pinkish and magenta blossoms each with amber colored draped or folded glass tiles. Raised on a four footed urn form Greek design oil lamp base (No. 181) with three scrolled sockets and with a dark brownish patina with greenish accents. The lamp canister base inscribed “181 Tiffany Studios New York” and the shade inscribed “Tiffany Studios New York”. Diameter 16 inches (40.7 cm), height 21.5 inches (54.6 cm).
