Morozov first studied at the arts and crafts studio in Ivanovo-Voskresensk (1919-1922). He then enrolled at the "Higher Art-Technical Institute." He was active in Moscow exhibiting in many important shows including the Moscow All-Union Art Exhibitions from the 1940's to the 1950's. A highly regarded landscape painter.
